Shipping & Returns
Items will be shipped UPS Ground or USPS Mail unless otherwise specified. Generally, we use the best possible shipping for each order. Some items will drop ship from the manufacturer, others may go by truck freight. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may also incur additional shipping charges. We will call you in these cases before shipment is made. If your order is a rush or has other special needs please call. International shipments are not handled by our website at this time.

Professional Drum Shop Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns (on most items) for up to 30 days from the invoice date with a full refund excluding the shipping charges. Items returned must be in new condition and with the original packages. Some items such as books, sheet music, dvd's, and special order merchandise are not returnable. Call 323-469-6285 if you wish to make a return.
Placed an order and wish to change or cancel it?
Call us at 323-469-6285. Please be aware that most orders ship within 24 hours after placement but if the order hasn't shipped yet we can place it on hold.
