The intro sets the tone with a giant, earth-shaking roll followed by a deceleration, an acceleration, and finally a blazing fast tap-roll sequence, and that’s just the first 30 seconds! What follows is a twisting, turning, rapidly changing landscape of shifting time signatures, metric modulations, grooves, and LOTS of features for every section. Weber has outdone himself again! ‘X’ is on par with the most sophisticated writing on the scene today.
